The Kitchen is fully equipped with built in oven/grill and four halogen hobs, a microwave, a toaster, and plenty of crockery and accessories for all your culinary requirements.  An oak table is accompanied by beautifully crafted oak chairs that complement the overall design. If you venture into the garden you will find a “Webber” wood Barbeque that’s available with utensils and other tools (stored under the cooker). Three new USB sockets have been installed to keep those phones and devices fully charged, preparing you for the day ahead. Another highlight of the kitchen is the new dishwasher which was added summer 2021 in the space that was once taken up by the old fridge, which has been replaced with an American style fridge freezer in the new extension hallway. 

The open plan living area has a three-seater leather sofa, and comfortable single Sherlock-design arm chair which creates a cosy environment when encompassed with the log burner that is located in the centre. (free firewood supplied!). For those who enjoy relaxing with gadgets, a Smart TV, Sony Sound Cube (wireless) are available but for those who enjoy the older style of relaxation there is a selection of books and DVD’s. There are plenty of lighting options that make this a warm and relaxing area to recuperate after exploring the wilds of the West Coast. Maps of local area and nature books also provided within the new oak TV cabinet.

The Master bedroom is defined by the handmade headboard set against a double bed, which has plenty of storage in the elm wardrobe and new oak chest of drawers. A Mirror, reading lights, hairdryer and hanging space are also provided attending to all your needs. This room has two large windows which open onto the spate burn, linking your senses to the changes of the weather and season. Sleeping here with the windows open also helps to yet again reincorporate the nature theme of the building as the burn slowly trickles away in the background, creating an environment for relaxation after a day of exploring.  

The Bathroom and hallway are also equipped with underfloor heating, that is adjustable to your requirements. A full bath and shower also is available

The new extension also inhabits a twin room with new oak single beds, a chest of drawers and double doors that lead onto the decking area.  Moreover, there is also a second bathroom with an electric shower. Wall mounted smart heaters are found throughout if you desire a little more or less heat.

Laundry: There is a new laundry area within the new extension, washing machine and clothes line / horse
